If you have been selected to be a coach or an athlete on Team Alaska, you need to register, which is a two-part process.  The first part is to fill out and mail in registration forms.  The second part is on-line registration. 

Registration forms are now available from this website, or from your coach or sport coordinator.  Online registration through the Host Society is not available as of January 7, 2010.  We will notify you when it becomes available and provide instructions.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR REGISTRATION PROCESS:

• There are two pages of instructions.  Read both pages of the instructions carefully and completely, especially the instructions about how to take your accreditation photograph and how to send that digital file to Team Alaska
• Please notice that some forms need only be filled out by team members under the age of 18, and that some need only be filled out by team members 18 and over
• For team members 18 and over, be sure to fill out the form that gives us permission to perform background checks on you.  If you do not fill out that form, and if a background check is not performed, you will not be permitted to join Team Alaska.  Please send these forms in ASAP.  After you send them to us, we need to send them to the organization that is performing the background checks for us, and give them time to perform the checks and report back to us prior to the Games.  Take care of this soon!
• Be sure to send in your registration fee check to our office with these forms if you have not already done so.
• Be sure to e-mail your photograph to us when you mail in your forms.
